With extensive expertise in consumer finance, risk management, and strategic leadership, He brings invaluable insights to the team.
In addition to his experience in consumer finance, He has a background in the secondary financing market for Asset-Backed Securities (ABS). He has successfully managed all aspects of the public sale of pools of loans, demonstrating his proficiency in navigating complex financial transactions.
Currently, Germain serves as the founder and CEO of Gemini Global Investment, a firm specializing in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and sales/management of multi-family dwellings. In this role, he continues to demonstrate his leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, guiding the company towards success in the dynamic real estate market.
Bernadette Lwakabuanga Ndaya
Bernadette was born in DR Congo. She studied marketing & finance in Belgium. She worked at the Congolese customs before moving to USA when a rebellion started in 1997. She travels throughout Africa to find new producers & the USA to find new markets.
Bernadette's journey has been one of resilience and determination. In the USA, she established a thriving import-export business that not only supports her family but also creates opportunities for countless small-scale producers across Africa. Her work bridges continents, fostering cross-cultural connections and promoting sustainable economic growth.
In her travels, Bernadette meets a diverse array of artisans, farmers, and entrepreneurs. She listens to their stories and learns about their unique products, ensuring that their goods meet international standards while preserving their authenticity.
